Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns of items if they are the wrong size, wrong colour, or you simply do not like them
- All returns need to be in an un-worn, un-washed and saleable condition with their labels and packaging. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any returns of socks/underwear that have been tried on.
- All returns need to be completed within 30 days of receiving your item
- Items are returned at the customers expense, unless faulty. We charge a flat rate of $8.95 for return shipping. Lafitte are not liable for the loss of an item being returned.
- We are unable to provide exchanges.
- We do not accept returns on sale items, end of line, or seconds stock.
Faulty returns
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at info@lafitte.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We will happily organise a replacement or refund.
Returns Instructions
You can now request a return via our Returns Portal.
Click here to log in and access the order you want to return.
- Log into your account by entering your email address. You'll receive an email with a six-digit verification code to enter into the portal.
- Once logged in, click 'Request Return' for the order that you want to submit a return for. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return, and select a return reason.
- When your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
- Once the item has been received into our warehouse, you will receive a refund.
- Unfortunately, we cannot provide exchanges. Please place another order upon receiving your refund.
- If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please do not request a return. Please send your order details and a photo of the incorrect item to info@lafitte.com.au and we will be in contact with you shortly.
